At Bayside Therapeutic Services, therapy and counselling are provided through a trauma-informed social work lens. As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), the focus is on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can reflect, express, and process their experiences. A holistic approach is taken, integrating counselling, advocacy, and clinical expertise to support mental well-being.

Bayside Therapeutic Services specialises in working with young people aged 12-25, helping them develop effective psychological strategies to navigate challenges and improve their mental health. With consent, collaboration with support systems is encouraged to achieve the best possible outcomes. Therapy and mental health services are also available for individuals aged 12 and over.

Support is available for concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bullying, low self-esteem, school or workplace challenges (including burnout), adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, and identity/self-exploration. Clients are provided with practical tools and strategies to help them navigate these challenges and work towards positive, lasting change.

Access professional support from anywhere in Australia with our secure telehealth services. We offer professional supervision, counselling, and therapy sessions, including privately funded sessions and those under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video link or over the phone, providing flexibility and convenience.
